At Vertech’, installation and training go hand in hand

On-site

During installations on-site, the Vertech’ expert provides future users of SIL with a specific training. Vertech’ grants a lot of importance to the quality of these trainings; thanks to those, users – operators or managers – can make the most of the system.

When a Vertech’ expert installs a SIL product on site, he trains future users on how using the system and the most significant features. These interactive trainings are provided in front of a group of employees that shall not exceed 20 people.

Generally, the languages spoken during these trainings are French or English, but also – depending on the Vertech’ technician on site – Italian, Spanish or Turkish. In some cases, an interpreter may intervene; he or she would be individually trained by the Vertech’ expert before the session starts, in order to guarantee the best possible quality of information transfer.
Afterwards, participants can directly put into action and relay to their colleagues what they have just learnt, and, if necessary, ask their questions to the Vertech’ technician, who is still on-site.
