OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE SERVICE

To answer customer request, Vertech' offers a Customer support service contract that guarantees a high level support to SIL users.
This contract provides you with following advantages :

  • You receive remote assistance 24h a day every day of the year, on our dedicated Hot Line number, with response guaranteed within 4 hours
  • Every action is recorded in our maintenance system (with date, type of problem, time spent to solve it) and a report is available at request
  • SIL upgrades are proposed regularly for optimization of your system
  • Maintenance of your system is budgeted on an annual basis



THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN OUR CONTRACT

  • Prepaid hours for technical assistance

This service gives access to technical assistance service 24/24 or at office hours only if you wish.
You buy assistance hours in advance and benefit from the Hotline services in case of emergency.

  • Software fees

Software fees gives access to software upgrade.
You ask for the installation of  the latest SIL version when you wish.
Vertech' regularly develops new functionalities and improvements. Thanks to regular upgrades, you have access to new improvements and can ask the connection of a new equipment to your system. Your SIL system is optimized.

  • Upgrade of the system

We come on site to upgrade your SIL system, and answer your questions.
